The 43-year-old reality star recently revealed that she had been suffering from intense headaches, which ultimately led to her hospitalization and diagnosis.

After undergoing a CT scan and MRI, doctors found several tumors on her brain that have likely been growing for at least six months.
Mellencamp had to undergo emergency surgery to remove two of the larger tumors. She expressed her gratitude for the support from her family and medical team as she gets ready for additional treatment. The smaller tumors will be treated with radiation therapy at a later time.

Before her surgery, Teddi decided to shave her head, a moment she shared on Instagram. She humorously noted that this look wasn’t on her bucket list but remained hopeful about her recovery.
