Suryoday Small Finance Bank (SSFB) said it has completed a transaction for the sale of stressed loan portfolio amounting to ₹80.59 crores (principal outstanding value as on February 28, 2025) to Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company Ltd. (EARC). The sale consideration proceeds of ₹31.43 crores comprises ₹6.29 crores paid in cash and ₹25.14 crores in the form of Security Receipts (SRs).
